Quotation & Acceptance
All projects begin with a written quote, which must be approved by the client before work commences. Acceptance of the quote confirms agreement to these terms and conditions.

Deposit & Payment
A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total quoted amount is required before any design or branding work begins. The remaining balance is due upon final delivery of the project, prior to the release of final files.

Ownership & Copyright
All designs, concepts, and materials remain the property of D+N Studios and are subject to copyright protection until full payment is received. Upon receipt of full payment, ownership and usage rights of the final designs are transferred to the client.

Revisions & Scope
The quote includes a limited number of revisions, which will be specified in the proposal. Additional revisions or work beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.

Cancellation
If the project is cancelled by the client after the deposit has been paid, the deposit will not be refunded. Any additional work completed beyond the deposit value will be invoiced accordingly.

Liability
D+N Studios is not liable for any damages resulting from the use of the final designs. It is the client's responsibility to ensure all content is accurate and legally compliant.
